Refunds:

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution. 

Shipping Costs:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Exchanges:

We replace item's only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us to request an exchange.
